Eating In China

posted in: Uncategorized | 2

We ordered dinner in tonight.  You can order any restaurant and they will deliver to your house with in 30 minutes.  Terry and I ordered from one restaurant and the kids from another.  Total delivery charge was 15 RMB, which is about $2.50.  Even McDonald’s delivers!

Btw, there is NO tipping in China…restaurants, delivery, salons.  Seems like a hard habit to break but it’s really easy to get used to!
These are pictures from one restaurant night.  Just eating like they do in China 🙂

Chinese Root Beer

Pig Ear…yuck!

If in China, eat like China

Hurry, take the picture while it’s on the chopstick!

Hey Gainers! It’s so nice to see these pictures of you guys. We hope you’re settling in nicely and getting use to a “normal” routine. Have you tried the Chow Fun noodles? They’re probably the closest thing to pasta. Make sure you try some moon cakes during the Moon Festival that’s coming up soon. Take care & we miss you guys! The Feelys

Hi Michele, I don’t think I know what Chow Fun noodles are. I will ask around. Moon Festival is upon us now. Lot’s of lanterns and decorations, pretty cool. Do you want us to send you some Moon Cakes? (I still haven’t tried them 🙂
      Miss you!
